Development of fixed prostheses to replace teeth and gums.

The case of this patient is very particular, and highlights the need to attend to the patient's demands when choosing a final treatment.
There were previous prostheses with cavities in the teeth that supported them (a very problematic fact), as well as a loss not only of teeth but also of bone and gum.
The ideal treatment in this case would have been bone regeneration followed by the application of dental implants, however, given the patient's wishes, we successfully opted for a fixed prosthesis that replaced both teeth and gums.
